Create a thriving Megalopolis in Build City mode. Stack up towers and do some planning on where you would like to place them in the city to reach the goal. You are able to see the current city level and the population of the city at the top of the screen. In Tower Building mode you have to reach a required height. The required height is shown in the lower left corner of the screen. The more accurate your placings are the more bonus you will get.
